Bruce has accumulated 37 years of experience in financial services, working at Goldman Sachs and Carlyle as both an M&A banker, Chief Human Resources Officer and other roles. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and delivering thoughtful insights and advice. He has mentored, coached, and advised professionals across all levels—from analysts to CEOs—always emphasizing practical, real-world guidance. Known for his thoughtfulness, strong listening skills, and proven leadership, Bruce consistently helps others navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence.

Bruce holds a B.A. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Outside of work, he has been dedicated to his wife for over 40 years and is proud father to five children and seven grandchildren.
